Lloyds Banking Group’s significant investment in digital has been recognised at the prestigious Digital Leaders 100 Awards where it won Consumer Digital Innovation of the Year.
The Digital Leaders 100 list honours the highest digital achievements from across the UK’s public, private and non-profit sectors. It also celebrates individuals and organisations which are leveraging digital to transform the UK’s public services and its social and economic opportunities.
Consumer Digital Innovation of the Year – Group Digital
The Group Digital Team was recognised for providing innovative consumer services, including being ranked as number one in the UK in the iOS and Google Play stores for their tablet and mobile apps, while Forrester’s research on Mobile in 2016 placed the bank as number one in the UK. The team has also launched credit and product eligibility checkers to enable customers to shop around for new accounts without impacting their credit files.
