We have to constantly find new ways of creating enabling products in a more agile way and our Product Managers are at the forefront of the digital revolution, bridging the gap between business and customer needs.
In fact, they’re pretty much the centre of everything: overseeing the design, development and launch of digital propositions, making sure products are optimised and commercially viable, communicating strategy, defining requirements, and keeping an eye on ongoing delivery.
These are the teams that drive new initiatives, working tirelessly to ensure our products exceed customer expectations. They do this in a variety of ways, including developing compelling user experiences and working with marketing and other departments to coordinate successful product launches.
Equally importantly, however, our Product Managers also drive continuous improvement of existing products, making sure our portfolio of digital experiences and offerings remain in line with increasing expectations.
